Lt. Joe Torrillo, Fire Department of New York (Ret.), will recount his first-hand experience as a firefighter on Sept. 11, 2001. Joe was directly below the North Tower looking up as the second commercial airliner slammed into it. What transpired in the next few seconds, minutes, hours, and days is nothing shy of unbelievable. The lessons Joe learned on and after Sept. 11, 2001, will inspire attendees to thrive through change under any circumstance and to accept and handle unexpected stress and adversities – redirecting them with positive empowerment toward reaching their goals and dreams.
