is available.

We recommend 3+MB upload and 3+MB download speeds. Our customer support team can help test your environment to ensure the optimal patient care experience.

Encounter’s customer support team can test your internet connection via a remote session prior to set up.   However, if you are interested in evaluating your current Internet connection, you can do so at www.speedtest.net.

The most important contributor to quality is the number of users sharing your Internet bandwidth. A hard-wired Internet connection is required to achieve optimal resources.

Regardless of whether you use a laptop or personal computer, Encounter recommends a hard-wired Internet connection. Wireless systems often are less reliable and may contribute to a poor video experience for patient and providers.
