Audrey Parris, Chief Operating Officer, has over 25 years of experience in General Operational Management, Go to Market Strategy, Product Launches, Scaling Business for Exponential Growth, Business Development, Sales Leadership, Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing and Event Management. She has led organizations with over 36 million in revenues annually, has been an entrepreneur and business owner and has launched many products and services to the marketplace over her career. She is passionate about the mission of Encounter Telehealth and dedicated to expanding its collaborative culture and team environment.
Audrey is the key driver of internal growth, providing day to day operational oversight and maximizing accessibility and quality of Encounter’s services. This includes Provider management, administrative management and marketing and business development.
As part of the executive team, she is responsible for achieving revenue and margin goals. Working closely with the CEO, the CRO and the Board of Directors in defining and executing the company’s strategic plan.
Outside of Encounter, Audrey loves to spend time working out, traveling, movie going and enjoying life with her husband Stephen. They have four grandchildren that enhance their lives and keep them extremely active.
